Sample processing steps

• Prepare sample-
  
  Solid sample size : convenient size 1cm diameter
  Liquid sample size : convenient size 1ml
• Package the samples with proper labels on it.
• Please keep the samples as clean as possible. Package the sample in the container such that analysis surface is not contaminated. Handle samples with tweezers and gloves to avoid contaminating the sample.
• We always recommend our customers to talk to our technician before preparing sample.
• For solid samples, we suggest to use acrylic plastic box.
• For liquid samples, we suggest to use plastic or glass vials.
• For powdered samples vials or box can be used. The vials/boxes should be placed in a padded cardboard box to prevent shattering during shipping.
• Print the sample Submission Form and fill the details on your sample.
• Attach the purchase order copy with the submission form.
• The shipping address is as follows:

• Ship the package containing sample along with P.O. order and sample submission form. Any submission form received without PO order number or payment details will not be taken into consideration.
• An Invoice will be sent to you after the analysis is performed. We accept checks payable to ‘Allegiance NanoSolutions’
• A complete report will be sent to you after the analysis completion by mail or email.
• Samples will be held by ANS for 30 days and then disposed off.
